You guys remember when the Huffington Post made a headline "Bye, Goy" when Steven Bannon was fired?
29 2017-10-27 by TryhardPantiesON
Imagine if a news organization made a headline "Bye, Kike"... there would be nation wide outrage, that organization would be slandered and forced to shut down.

Look at that snowflake bitching about a joke lol.
1 TryhardPantiesON 2017-10-27
Calling non jews goy, is as offenssive as calling jews kikes. That was no joke.
1 conacct 2017-10-27
So? Getting offended is a personal problem - nothing happens to you. Grow thicker skin and wear a helmet cause life is gonna be tough.
1 psy_raven 2017-10-27
Says the people who literally flip out every time they hear a white guy say the n-word.
1 conacct 2017-10-27
Yeah, theyre stupid too for getting offended.
1 TryhardPantiesON 2017-10-27
You are not getting the point, goy is a racist term. THP was never punished for using racist terms. But you wouldn't know.
1 conacct 2017-10-27
Huh? It's more religious than racial imo. What don't I know? Getting offended over other people's language is for SJWs.
1 bittermanscolon 2017-10-27
Being part of the MSM and pushing insulting jokes is a big thing. With that kind of comment, we should expect CNN to be allowed to toss insults as if its nothing at all......and when people complain, CNN can just tell people to grow thicker skin.
How arrogant and condescending can you be?
1 conacct 2017-10-27
Yeah, getting offended by language is infantile. If you don't like their edgy humor don't read huffpo anymore, vote with your clicks bro.
I can be way more arrogant and condescending.
1 bittermanscolon 2017-10-27
Clearly. The internet is a great place to express your inner child. Zero reprecussions to your own super original "edgy" comments, right bro?
Then you go on your way telling yourself and others that voting with your "clicks" is less infantile and makes a real difference to the slow conglomeration of media that is the MSM.
Wow, 29 day old accoint telling me how it is. New accounts, with brilliantly ignorant messages. Bravo young Sir/madam....you know it all.
1 conacct 2017-10-27
The solution to SJW snowflake syndrome isn't to become bigger snowflakes. You're racing the perpetually offended to the bottom. You're acting the same as huffpo does but lying to yourself that you aren't.

1 bittermanscolon 2017-10-27
My response has nothing to do with protecting anyone's snowflake status. Is that all you have? Just claiming everyone is a big baby while ignoring the message you send by advocating for the MSM to insult large portions of the population without reprecussion?
Never mind, you don't get it.
1 conacct 2017-10-27
I didn't advocate the MSM insulting anyone, I advocated people growing up and not crying over people being mean to them. I also really question anyone gets legitimately offended by the term goy, it's made up religious bullshit anyway.
And in this context, they weren't insulting anyone but Bannon, who isn't actually antisemitic, with a reference to a Beyonce song.
So not only is a nothing insult upsetting people, it's upsetting people on behalf of someone else.
1 bittermanscolon 2017-10-27
See, you don't get it. It's a principled matter. The issue is about the standard by which we hold the MSM. Saying people should grow up and have thick skin works on the play ground only. In adult land we have to be consistent with a message and a standard by which we are all held to and especially the MSM.
Instead your message is more of the same. Ahhh.....just a nothing burger....they can say whatever they like. Then the media will have people mocking other groups of people entirely and using them to shame others. As if we haven't seen a slow evolution in the media to be biased to one group or another.
So all of a sudden you step up and speak like an adult when at first you start with the roasting of "snowflakes". Or were you just starting with the cool easily upvoted and "edgy" comments before you laid down some truth bombs?
Can you not see your own behavior here? Can you not see the parallels?
1 conacct 2017-10-27
If you hold the MSM in anything other than abject disdain I don't know what to tell you. No, telling people they need to have thicker skin is a pretty standard reaction to the oppression olympics and I am consistent in calling out reactionaries from both sides.
It is a nothing burger, frankly, because the entire tone of this thread is people taking personal offense to an insult (really a joke, but alright) lobbed at Steve Bannon - that is virtue signaling and it's repugnant on both sides of the isle. I also really doubt anyone is legitimately offended by the term 'goy' so the outrage is completely disingenuous.
Don't blame me for using the language that internet debate has descended into, friendo, I didn't define the terms but I'll apply them equally to either side of the stupid identity politics that is distracting the masses from actual issues. Interestingly enough, Steven Bannon is a major player in that distraction technique so this entire thread is layers of irony.
I imagine Bannon probably laughed at the headline, if he were familiar with Beyonce's work, he does have a sense of humor.
1 Stellaaahhhh 2017-10-27
Is it though? I don't recall goys ever being sent to prison death camps.
1 TryhardPantiesON 2017-10-27
Google EISENHOWER’S DEATH CAMPS
1 HepAuSesthefJOrd 2017-10-27
Also the gulags of the judeo-communist USSR.
1 TryhardPantiesON 2017-10-27
Oh true.
1 Stellaaahhhh 2017-10-27
Done. The proper slur for the surrendered German troops would be 'Jerrys' As in, Jerry-rigged, the term WWII solders coined to describe something cobbled together from limited resources.
1 TryhardPantiesON 2017-10-27
Goys = Anyone who is not Jewish
Germans were sent to death camps under the Eisenhower administration. Therefore goys were sent to death camps.
See it is not so hard to use logic.
1 Stellaaahhhh 2017-10-27
Logically, why did Eisenhower send them to the camps? Because they were enemy troops.
Wow, you're right, logic is fun.
1 TryhardPantiesON 2017-10-27
Logically why did Hitler sent Jews to work camps, because Judea declared war on Germany and palnned to boycott the German economy, also becaused they needed people working in manufacturing to provide the German troops. Wow logic works both ways. Shilling hard today, aren't you?
1 Stellaaahhhh 2017-10-27
Wow. Okay then. I'll let you get back to knitting that swastika tiki torch cozy.
And yeah, that's me, shilling it up for reality 24/7.
1 specific11 2017-10-27
Neither were most jews. Your point? You fucking bigot?
1 Stellaaahhhh 2017-10-27
My point being that 'goy' may be an unpleasant term, but caucasians haven't undergone years of systemic oppression while that term enjoyed widespread use. I'm pretty sure you know that already.
1 specific11 2017-10-27
Goy has never had wide use, but caucasians have certainly been subject to systemic oppression.
Racist fuck go hang yourself.
1 Stellaaahhhh 2017-10-27
Well you sound lovely. Goy to goy, no dear, we have not been systematically or otherwise oppressed. Compared to almost any other ethnic group, we have it pretty good.
1 specific11 2017-10-27
So oppression is a zero sum game to you?
1 Stellaaahhhh 2017-10-27
I'm sure you're trying to make a point here. What I'm saying is that slurs, like swears, have different strengths.
Calling someone a 'goy' is super unlikely to upset them because there's no history behind it. If they're aware of the term at all, it's probably from old Dean Martin roasts.
The same can't be said of slurs for other groups.
1 specific11 2017-10-27
Oh, feels over reals. Got it.
1 Stellaaahhhh 2017-10-27
Quoting slogans is a poor replacement for thinking. Although 'feels over reals' is a better desciption of your own argument. You feel like 'goy' is equal in strength (as an insult) to 'kike' or 'slant eye'.
1 specific11 2017-10-27
How about they're both racist and you are excusing bigotry? No feels there.
1 Stellaaahhhh 2017-10-27
They're both racial slurs. I don't see where I've excused bigotry at all. What I'm saying is that they aren't equal in weight, in their capacity to be used to hurt someone.
It's like comparing 'Aspie' or 'retard' to 'normie'.
1 CelineHagbard 2017-10-27
Removed. Encouraging violence. Only warning.
1 specific11 2017-10-27
The notion that self harm is "violent" per se is debatable at best.
1 CelineHagbard 2017-10-27
Merriam-Webster's first definition is:
which I think fits it pretty well. I typically use that as the warning so other users don't know who the attack was directed toward, which would undermine the purpose of removing the comment.
What's inarguable is that such comments are not allowed here.
1 TheRisenOsiris 2017-10-27
That is such a weak argument. Instead of actually discussion his point you just jumped straight to hiding behind the Holocaust.
1 Stellaaahhhh 2017-10-27
I'm not hiding at all. I'm saying that 'goy', like 'cracker' is a fairly tame slur. It carries none of the violent history that other racial slurs 'kike' or 'gook' or 'jiggaboo' carry.
1 arrobats 2017-10-27
TIL racism only affects groups the Nazis put into camps. Lmao.
1 Stellaaahhhh 2017-10-27
Yeah, that's totally what I said.
1 CaptainApollyon 2017-10-27
Uh can I get Russian christians for 20 million Alex?
1 Stellaaahhhh 2017-10-27
Weren't/aren't they being oppressed over their religion rather than their race?
1 mastigia 2017-10-27
Thanks! This is...interesting. I thought Bannon cupped Israel's balls?
1 agodgavemethisland 2017-10-27
theatre?
1 mastigia 2017-10-27
Likely as not. Bannon is definitely into the game.
1 tinylilzikababyhead 2017-10-27
I do, and we are told there isn't a problem in the USA, a very big problem involving traitors.
1 cstrafe 2017-10-27
Yes - I remember. It was taken down rather quickly but it 100% happened.
1 HepAuSesthefJOrd 2017-10-27
They showed their hand.
1 OutragedOgre 2017-10-27
And you OP do you remember that Verizon owns Huffington Post? So what is your point?
1 CaptainApollyon 2017-10-27
Why does that matter?
1 TryhardPantiesON 2017-10-27
I didn't know that, and i don't why it is relevant. Can you explain?
1 OutragedOgre 2017-10-27
It is one of those things, that if you had to ask, no I won't be able to explain.
1 TryhardPantiesON 2017-10-27
Really? Why would you bring that up if you are not willing to explain it?
1 OutragedOgre 2017-10-27
Really?

1 vidarheheh 2017-10-27
Not confirmed, nor denied, but Bannon said himself just before they went to the whitehouse, he would remain for 7-8months, then leave, and that exactly what he did. And now pushing Trump agenda Harder than ever. I think he quit, but you think what you want
