Bizzare. I used to have a MGTOW account but left a couple of months later because it was a) repetitive and b) too much complaining and c) wasn't enough about 'going your own way'.

But when I was there the anti-feminism stuff was the main theme.

I'd go back you up (even being MGTOW myself) but I'm banned there, pretty much for talking sense like you did. I was even a male, though. I guess you just weren't rebounding the echoes properly.

I was banned permanently for questioning the narrative and nearsightedness of the club, while trying to expand the definition and purpose of it beyond "women suck lul."

It's basically the counter face of feminism and manifests itself in eerily similar ways, but without the mass mainstream acceptance.

That being said, I don't understand why such a post would be hidden or censored, unless it was because a girl with cooties dared to make a post there.

What happened to a lot of subs? Many aren't trying to hide their socialist/oppressive leanings. Look at r/politics and SRS. If you're a conservative and/or male, you're the enemy and there is no room for your opinion.

Politics is one thing, an anti-feminist sub censoring anti-feminist content is another.

But yes, many subs are compromised just as many spheres of life are.

Unless that channel is also also co-opted I don't see why they would hide such discussion.

But a concerted effort doesn't have any evidence. It's simply a case of pushing for more and more "rights" under a system that isn't actually unequal anymore.

Why do I go there to read? I find it really fascinating and I like analyzing things.

I think the MGTOW community is less about building bridges between the sexes, but more about hostile animosity towards females for what may have ever happened in their personal lives. For example, a nasty string of bad relationships or the lack thereof relationships.

Well, if you have a mod or mods hostile to women just in general and you announced you were a woman, what do you expect? People like that are petty and will do it regardless of topic. I think it boils down to you admitting you are female not the topic itself. But, you never know and there could be an undercover feminist as a mod, whether male or female.

No problem and glad you understand. I went down that rabbit hole and that was my observation of the majority of people who subscribe to it. The minority actually want a discussion while the others just want a circle jerk hug box. Too each their own I suppose.

Some people are sick of know-it-all American women forcing their opinions down everybody's throats.

If you look at some of the ideas in MGTOW culture, it's clear that they're pretty sick of know-it-all women showing up in their spaces trying to jam their opinions down their throats where they weren't even asked for. Not surprising at all that it was deleted.
