Why is the US so successful?

All this shit we talk. I believe it's so true. Why does the US appear to be so successful? Help. Why is it bad for me?

Doesn't mean we didn't win. Especially how was stole the victory from Russia in number 2. They did lots more fighting
n/a Putin_loves_cats 2017-05-26
Did we actually win, though?
n/a LSDwizard1 2017-05-26
Us people no, but the big wigs

Successful in what sector?
n/a qwertyqyle 2017-05-26
Define successful. By my definition I would say Pharmaceuticals, Tech(very broad i suppose), Oil, Wheat, Sub-par meat, Corn, Weapons, Airspace, Finance, Intl. Branding, Research Hospitals, Lumber, Inventions, Potatoes, Pistachios, Avocados, Water, Sports, Whiskeys, Craft Beer, Cannabis.
Just to name a few.

War profiteering
Espionage
Sanctions
Trade deals and leverage with weaker countries over yellow peril/red mennace
Manufacturing and selling arms
America is all about perception. Once people start realizing there really is no reason to need USAs protection, and that most of the shit they make is pretty sub-par their ship will sink.

The USA produces two of the fastest off the line cars at half the price of German and Italian models. The Tesla P90 and Dodge Demon are proof that America can still build some top of the line kick ass products.
n/a Putin_loves_cats 2017-05-26
The parts come from China and/or Mexico.... German engineering is far superior to US. Hence, why the price is higher. Not to mention other economic/business reasons...
n/a mrgrippa 2017-05-26
If they're better they wouldn't be twice as expensive for less horse power.
n/a Putin_loves_cats 2017-05-26
Well, it seems you do not understand business/taxes/economics.... Euro products will always be more expensive because of what I've stated above, among many other things/reasons...
n/a mrgrippa 2017-05-26
Twice as much? Yea I'm sure the one who doesn't understand LOL
n/a Putin_loves_cats 2017-05-26
Apparently you do not....

But the doge demon is just another plastic American car.
n/a mrgrippa 2017-05-26
It's not plastic at all, the Vette sure but not the demon. Since the ram scoop is significantly larger than the Hellcat I don't deflection is something you've got to worry about.

((US)) has God on their side.
n/a thegoodmourning 2017-05-26
Only thing we're successful in is economics and that's because we've got a military propping it up along with our allegiance to The Vatican world bank and Israel.
I would rate success on education, personally. And I think we're 14th behind Russia in education. Americans are really fucking stupid because we're bred and designed to be really stupid.
n/a Putin_loves_cats 2017-05-26
God damn, aint' that the truth.
n/a thegoodmourning 2017-05-26
Hard to swallow but we gotta break the cycle eventually. I really liked this article in this sub earlier, explains quite a bit.

Our schools produce the best useful idiots on the planet!

We are in a piece of land that is relatively safe(I'm talking historically not right now) and prevents enemies from attacking us on our own land.
Europe was destroying itself along with the rest of the world while our buildings and factories stayed squeeky clean during the world wars.
That is just one factor. Of course the other factors has to do with the fact that our country has been nothing but corruption and murder throughout it's existence.

Because american free enterprise has created a bunch of little pyramids within a much larger pyramid that, when shaken, are strong enough (or used to be, anyway) to maintain their internal integrity (and thus the integrity of their employees lives) despite how bad the shaking gets. This is starting to no longer be true for a few reasons. But it's still pretty true, and it's why there's still a stronger independent press in america than anywhere else. How america fares is how we all fare. This is a sobering thought for everyone pointing fingers at it, thinking they're in the cat bird seat. Meow, bitches.

the "why care about where the cheeseburger comes from" mentality.
Some just want to eat a cheeseburger and not think at all about how the individual parts are made then sent to the restaurant, how it was stored, who touched it, how 'fresh' it is, who made it and if they're hygienic. They just want a cheeseburger.
the problem is that if one day TPTB decide to switch out '100%' all beef with horse, dog, or long pig, well if you stopped asking how the burger got to your hands, you're gonna eat it not giving a shit.
Then one day someone might be eating bits of you the same way.

I guarantee you somewhere in the US there's a kid drinking a glass of milk that has no idea it comes from cows and doesn't know that pork is actually pig meat.

Just about every good post gets almost no upvotes, with lots of great responses. It's because it's much easier to get paid trolls to downvote from multiple fake accounts in complete anonymity than for those paid trolls to reply with any decent rebuttal or input.

Since you started this post how 'bout you tell us why it's good for you?
n/a AFuckYou 2017-05-26
I mean. My life is great. I eat steak all the time. My family feeds me good. I live in a house full of love. My children, love me more than anyone else. How is it good for me? I live a life like this.
.
That's how it's good for me.
n/a swansong19 2017-05-26
If that's your measure of the success of a country then there are a lot of successful countries.
Lots of loving families eating good food around the world. Unfortunately it often times comes at the expense of others.
n/a AFuckYou 2017-05-26
I dunno what you mean, at the expense of others? But that's awesome. So everyone is eating happily with their family too. I mean let's all connects.
