Crtl+f "pizza"
Look at the nearly identical arguments and phrases throughout, as they pertain to "pizza".
Textbook CTR.
Welcome, guys.
Edit: Also, be wary of all gilded comments. They use the gilding system to promote their agendas.

This is an ugly forum!
A shill forum!
A forum hostile to free thought as we know it!

Why is CTR still around if the election is over?
n/a Scaffolds 2017-01-11
It is an inexpensive way to sway "organic" discussion on social media.
n/a czhunc 2017-01-11
In order... to... get Hillary... elected?
Spell it out for us man.

Your post history is revealing.
n/a czhunc 2017-01-11
You're right, I joined Reddit 7 years ago, actively participated in many subs that have nothing to do with politics - all in anticipation of this moment.
Gotta love that sweet, sweet CTR $$$$
n/a Gobhoblin47 2017-01-11
Buying reddit accounts is a common tool they use for shills, so yeah
n/a Zig_Zagged 2017-01-11
And what a sad fucking account to buy. The post history is depressing. If you asked me to remember my Reddit password from 6-7 years ago I'd probably already have stopped listening half way through the question because I'd have already created a new account.
n/a Gobhoblin47 2017-01-11
Well reddit might be giving away old accounts to them for free, spez is a partisan anti free speech faggot after all.
n/a Zig_Zagged 2017-01-11
Good point. Are we allowed to say fuck u/spez here? I forget with all the special rules and bans they rolled out. Which subs and opinions are allowed again? Hard to keep it all straight. They should pen a weekly memo.
n/a Gobhoblin47 2017-01-11
IDK, probably gonna be banned in a week for it lol
n/a Zig_Zagged 2017-01-11
Damn I have some sweet karma on this account too. Gonna have to rebuild my internet cred all over again.
n/a Gobhoblin47 2017-01-11

Jee I wonder what kind of people CTR would hire... Maybe people who GO on Reddit... HMMMMM
n/a Kjartan_Aurland 2017-01-11
Here's a suggestion: to spread disinformation and confuse discussion. When the lower classes organize to a certain point, the upper class gets guillotined. It's in the interest of corrupt political groups to hire shills to interrupt that process of organization.
Turn their attention in every direction. Break up cohesion. It's the Russians, no it's the CIA, no it's Trump, no it's Hillary, no it's Pizzagate, no it's Fake News, no it's the Alt-Right, no it's BLM, no it's...and on and on. Turn them against each other. Invent plausible fakes to distract discussion. If and when a critical mass start going towards a fake lead, advance another fake, or even the truth, but in a divisive way. Make them unable to tell who is a shill and who is not.
It doesn't matter which is the right lead. It doesn't matter, in the end, whether a small group keeps going after the right thing. What matters is that in the end, nobody be able to tell real from fake, and that the folks who take direct action are few enough and dehumanized enough to be dealt with by security, ideally as they tilt at a purpose-made windmill. Obfuscate enough and the targets start doing the decohering on their own with no further input from shill groups.
Personally, I think the real hits, the original ones before the obfuscation efforts, were Pizzagate and the CIA. That's my intuition derived from observations that aren't easily cited, so I don't expect you to believe me instantly. But right now it's easy to see how divided things are and how the country has well and truly decohered into Right and Left, with the moderates being subsumed into either faction, and with both factions following competing and mutually exclusive narratives. But two armed camps are still dangerous to the elite. They'll be looking for ways to divide us more.
n/a privatelameass 2017-01-11
Really well said.

Wait, wasn't some special-needs Caucasian male just supposedly tortured and the video spread wide via a social media site that normally blocks such videos because of the violent and unacceptable content?
Guess there's nothing to see here, gotta go watch that sci-fi movie idiocracy ...

Aaaaand the guy calling out and shit talking because no explanation gets one and is now nowhere to be found. Thanks for snubbing this one and taking the time to flesh this explanation out. I pray you did it on a keyboard rather than mobile to save you some anguish spelling it out for the dense.

TPTB wanted Hillary to win. Trump won because the dems alienated half their base when they stole the nomination from Bernie, Giving trump tons of voters.
CTR is not so much Hillary and her campaign but the powers behind Hillary spreading their influence.
This whole situation is sloppy plan B improvised disinformation propaganda from those in power who feel they may be losing control...
But that's just my opinion man
n/a gsxdsm 2017-01-11
If the powers that be are so powerful, how did they let any of this happen.
n/a Aders83 2017-01-11
They probably own trump too. Israel certainly does.
n/a Loose-ends 2017-01-11
They have only as much power as the people are willing to believe or fear that they have. That's supported by a broad narrative that the corporate media constantly reinforces in some subtle and not so subtle ways.
It's that narrative and their control over it that Trump has made an end run around. He has created a competing and new narrative of his own to challenge and replace it and the harder and more extreme the PTB try to discredit him and it the more the support is actually beginning to rally behind Trump.
n/a maiqtheliar 2017-01-11
You don't throw out the light socket when the bulb blows. You find a new bulb.
n/a BronocchioLyingBro 2017-01-11
It's kinda sad. The logic is right there in their face. r/politics, a sub with a pretty damn high level of traffic, exploded about 2-3 hours ago over a potential Trump conspiracy. In that thread -- a thread with literally 10s of thousands of comments and upvotes -- many references to the r/conspiracy sub were made, being that this sub is for, uhm, well, conspiracies. So why is it a surprise that several thousand individuals like myself, who have never been here before, then checked this sub after seeing it discussed in a massively active sub now on r/all?
For a sub that claims to be super thoughtful and logical... I'm not sure how they haven't pieced that together, and are instead assuming "nah bro it's Hillary Clinton's bot army" and shit.
n/a Mastarebel 2017-01-11
There are still globalist agendas that stand to gain from controlling and manipulating public perception, in this case via reddit.
n/a czhunc 2017-01-11
Globalist agendas... but not Russia clearly. More likely it's the Jews.
n/a privatelameass 2017-01-11
This is why you will fail here, all of you, you think we are ignorant and throw baseless racist claims at us and act like we could never consider russians might want to influence something aswell.
We are not partisan i'm afraid, please stop throwing generalisations and being a turd.
n/a Zig_Zagged 2017-01-11

n/a czhunc 2017-01-11
Thanks... I needed a chuckle this morning.
See how anti-Clinton material is treated on this sub. See Pizzagate, the stupidest fucking thing I've heard in my life, being treated as gospel. And then look at this sub having a fucking aneurysm over some anti-Trump material being posted. How many 'we are being brigaded by ctr/bots/commies' posts are there on the front page right now? Do you remember that when a Pizzagate post reached the front page? Can you really tell me that with a straight face.
n/a ShinigamiSirius 2017-01-11

n/a czhunc 2017-01-11

n/a sweetholymosiah 2017-01-11
To discredit the new administration, and to distract from the ongoing FBI investigation into the previous administration.
n/a Aders83 2017-01-11
In order to continue controlling the narrative. Their goal is to retain as much power as they can. Expect MORE with Hillary not elected, they'll run another jackass in 3 years (all the campaigning) and they need to maintain their presence.

"The very fact that we are discussing this and believing that Putin has the skill, inside knowledge, and wherewithal to field a candidate in an American presidential election and get him through the primaries to the nomination means we are imbuing him with the very power and importance he so craves," Ioffe wrote.

"Some experts on digital campaigns think the idea of launching a paid army of âformer reporters, bloggers, public affairs specialists, designersâ and others to produce online counterattacks is unlikely to prove successful. Others, however, say Clinton has little choice but to try, given the ubiquity of online assaults and the difficulty of squelching even provably untrue narratives once they have taken hold.
At the same time, however, using a super PAC to create a counterweight to movements that have sprung up organically is another reflection of the campaignâs awkwardness with engaging online, digital pros said.
âIt is meant to appear to be coming organically from people and their social media networks in a groundswell of activism, when in fact it is highly paid and highly tactical,â said Brian Donahue, chief executive of the consulting firm Craft Media/Digital.
âThat is what the Clinton campaign has always been about," he said. "It runs the risk of being exactly what their opponents accuse them of being: a campaign that appears to be populist but is a smokescreen that is paid and brought to you by lifetime political operatives and high-level consultants.â
The task force designed to stop the spread of online misinformation and misogyny is the brainchild of David Brock, a Clinton confidant who once made a career of spreading such misinformation and misogynistic attacks against her and Bill Clinton. His critics say he kept his taste for dirty tricks when he switched sides to become one of the Clintonsâ most valued operatives.
The mere mention of Correct the Record makes some critics seethe. Super PACs are typically prohibited from working in tandem with candidates, but Correct the Record is doing just that by exploiting a loophole in campaign finance law that it says permits such coordination with digital campaigns.
âClinton, herself, is saying we need campaign finance reform,â said Paul Ryan, deputy executive director of the Campaign Legal Center, an advocacy group. âYet her lawyers are pushing the boundaries to get around campaign finance laws.â
Brock referred questions to Elizabeth Shappell, a spokesperson for the super PAC, who emailed a brief statement saying that Barrier Breakers, as the effort is labeled, "is only engaged in positive content, even when responding to offensive content, and is always identified" as Correct the Record, she wrote. The email also emphasized that Correct the Record is spending the million dollars in a way that it argues is legal under rules governing super PACs."
Try again.
n/a ACTUALLY_A_WHITE_GUY 2017-01-11
In his research from St. Petersburg, Chen discovered that Russian internet trolls â paid by the Kremlin to spread false information on the internet â have been behind a number of "highly coordinated campaigns" to deceive the American public.
It's a brand of information warfare, known as "dezinformatsiya," that has been used by the Russians since at least the Cold War. The disinformation campaigns are only one "active measure" tool used by Russian intelligence to "sow discord among," and within, allies perceived hostile to Russia.
"An active measure is a time-honored KGB tactic for waging informational and psychological warfare,"
Try again

Because Australia probably? Member that Soros attempt to make voting in Australia all electronic? (I read some parliamentary submissions/smartmatic/NGO's suggesting to change the law to allow it, and apparently there's a Comet pizza here; could just be a coincidence of course, but really it seems to be not unplanned, especially when you consider Podesta as Sec of State)... The neolibs were giving massive donations to the Clinton foundation but stopped after she lost. Wonder why.. Also neolibs receive questionable donations themselves, although I really can't be bothered going through the weirdness, but damnit I will if they don't BTFO.

I hate Trump, believe Pizzagate needs to be looked into, and wouldn't be surprised if Trump had prostitutes peed on Obama's hotel bed (even thought it is unverified).
But I really do hope everyone goes to that Trump/Russia thread and do what OP said here and Ctrl+f "pizza". It really is startling to see how MANY comments talk about pizzagate and how similar they are.
Definitely something going on in this sub. By the crazies on the right and the "left". Sigh.. I miss the old days of this sub.
n/a Beneficial1 2017-01-11
I've noticed The theme is Partisan... Divide the sub into parts.
Search for partisan.
And the other theme is that this sub will involve themselves in something false like pizza gate while ignoring a real conspiracy like trump/Russia, and if you don't look into trump you are being partisan.
imo that's The underlying script of that thread. Deflect from pizza and divide the sub.
n/a Sunshine_Breeze 2017-01-11
I've looked into them both and neither of them hold water for me. I can't stand how people will believe or deny anything depending on what party they're from.
n/a peppaz 2017-01-11
The same thing happens in any thread about Bernie now, dozens of comments with the same verbiage about "his three houses"
n/a wilzmcgee 2017-01-11
I think they are setting an example. This is just like pizza gate seeing how it came out of the deep web. Except with a new spin, every media outlet is jumping on this story. It was even reported on my local station. This is the example, that our little crowd source investigation has limited power compared to major media outlets followed by the majority of Americans. The same outlets that are pushing this are the same that wouldn't touch the Podesta emails.

I think they want to drive away any non trump supporters by trying to label this place as t_d2.0. it's kind of ridiculous, stove people here are pro tromp but the sub is firmly neutral. People post about Republicans all the time, we just don't post the msm nonsense about trump
n/a cosmotheassman 2017-01-11
I find it strange that a good chunk of the content in /r/conspiracy , /r/The_Donald , and /r/HillaryForPrison comes from users like yourself who have been here for less than a year. Furthermore, a lot of those young accounts that post in those subs are not very balanced (much less than you're account). In fact, most of them focus almost entirely on anti-Clinton, anti-Democrat, anti-left politics - something I had never seen on this site (on this scale) until last year. But somehow, "CTR" is supposed to be the prevailing force that drives reddit's content.
n/a Scaffolds 2017-01-11
I supported Bernie.
Get fucked.
n/a cosmotheassman 2017-01-11
Me too, buddy. All I'm saying is that there are a lot "anti-CTR" accounts that are super young and spam anti-Clinton shit. I tried to make it clear that I wasn't specifically calling you out, since you've posted comments and posts in a variety of subs. I thought maybe you would see the flaws in your reasoning, but you got defensive and acted like an asshole. Still, you should check out some of the accounts in those subs I mentioned, because I've seen quite a few young ones that spam bullshit posts and comments like yours.
BTW, I did ctrl + f "pizza" in that thread and scrolled through the 24 mentions that were available on the first page. You know what I saw? A majority of the accounts posting about pizza have been active for years. Those that are younger have been active in numerous subreddits. Maybe you forgot where you are, but here on reddit, you'll see the same joke told 100 different ways. Yes, there are a handful of users who don't hang out in this retarded circlejerk of a subreddit that are smart enough to see that pizza gate is bullshit. That doesn't mean there are bots or paid shills brigading this sub.
n/a Dinkir9 2017-01-11
You know you can buy accounts right?
n/a cosmotheassman 2017-01-11
Yeah, and I don't think any of those have been bought. They're all diverse posters/commenters. Why would CTR remain active at this point? What do they have to gain that makes it worth the money? It doesn't make any sense. Besides, don't you think that it's much more likely that a few random people are just making similar jokes about something that is really easy to make fun of?

Afraid that some politicians name might get a smudge next to it versus investigating the largest child sexploitation ring in recorded human history(allegely)
Doesn't make sense, i know skeptics of pizzagate but i don't know a single person who is not okay with a investigation to get to the truth.
And when put in context of church sex scandals, people will be more suspectible to believing that the super profitable Child Trafficking might be involved with a $1,500,000,000.00 HRC Loss

How does one become a paid shill? Seems like a common occupation of the future.

They actually briefly discuss the shills in the Podesta emails.

What am I looking for? None of them are "nearly identical" or even close. They all mock pizzagate because, well, that's low hanging fruit at this point.

Much of this stared around the same time as the discovery of Pegasus. Also just before the inauguration. One of the two has hit a nerve. It almost feels like CTR is trying to precondition peeps befor something big breaks.

This is why you will fail here, all of you, you think we are ignorant and throw baseless racist claims at us and act like we could never consider russians might want to influence something aswell.
We are not partisan i'm afraid, please stop throwing generalisations and being a turd.
