Isn't it scary and a sign of how far we've come that stories that eventually find their way to the major news outlets, don't show up in r/politics?

Remember when the frontpage was that place you could go for breaking stories. Now you have to go to r/all or r/t_d to shave a few minutes of the breaking stories.
I feel like it was a pretty big point throughout the election that she should release her speech transcripts, but when they finally popped out, they weren't immediately on the front pages of anything. Imagine if Trumps's tax returns were released and you had to go to zerohedge to get them or something.

What really sucks is when I tell my foolish friends about what a horrible option Hillary would be, I have to refer them to pages like this. Immediately they're up in arms saying 'Oh you crazy, it's a conspiracy subreddit, get your head out of your ass'
Praying that somehow the witch won't get in.

I find it more scary when I read a well sourced tabloid article that's actually true. Which has been happening a lot since the media blackout of wikileaks.
